Upon termination or suspension, fairspin will notify the User and refund any remaining balance in the User's account, subject to verification and compliance with applicable regulations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws.

Any disputes arising out of, or in connection with these Terms or the use of fairspin.ca shall be resolved through the following mechanisms:

• Initial amicable negotiation between the Parties.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration administered in Ontario under the Arbitration Act, 1991.
• Alternatively, disputes may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.
